Paul White

Paul is a 1970 graduate of Lehigh University with a BSEE. During his professional career, Paul was employed at Westinghouse Defense and Electronic Systems Center in Baltimore, MD from 1969 until 1974, involved in the development of high power microwave systems for use in airborne radar applications. Concurrent with his employment at Westinghouse, Paul also began teaching courses in electronics technology at the Community College of Baltimore, continuing until 1980.

In 1974, Paul joined the Hewlett Packard Company as an Instrument Field Sales Engineer until 1980. While at HP, Paul also developed and taught several courses at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Labs, including “Microwave Integrated Circuit Design” and “Microwave Measurements”.

In 1980, Paul became a partner in Applied Engineering Consultants, a manufacturer’s representative firm. In this capacity, Paul provided sales and applications support for a variety of microwave suppliers to the major defense contractors in the Baltimore/Washington marketplace.

In 1987, Paul left Applied Engineering to found Chesapeake Microwave Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of active microwave components and subsystems. During his 13 years at Chesapeake, the company grew from a small engineering “job shop” to a significant provider of microwave power amplifiers for both defense and commercial wireless customers. It was sold to Andrew Corporation, a fortune 500 company, in 1999.

After the sale of Chesapeake to Andrew Corporation, Paul served as Andrew’s Chief Technologist for active products, as well as the Director of Engineering.

Paul was a Co-founder of IDSI after leaving Andrew Corp in 2002. Over the next 5 years, IDSI grew from 2 employees to 170 with annual revenues of almost $100M. IDSI was sold to General Dynamics C4Systems Division in 2008.

Paul retired from GD at the end of 2008, moving to Florida in 2009. He continues to sit on 4 corporate boards as well as several non-profit boards. He continues to be active as a leader and mentor at The Bridge Church in Bradenton, FL.

Paul and his wife, Vicki, have 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren. Paul is an aviation enthusiast and the owner of a Cirrus SR22 single engine airplane. Paul spends about 150 hours each year flying around the US. When he is not working, flying, or entertaining his kids and grandkids, Paul also enjoys biking and swimming.

Dr. Elizabeth (Liz) Krzewski

Dr. Elizabeth Krzewski, is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addictions Professional, specializing in trauma in the state of Florida. However her journey did not start here, she began working in New York City in a variety of substance abuse and mental health settings. Dr. Krzewski moved to Florida for her doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision. In 2016, Dr. K graduated with her doctorate in 2016 from Argosy University. Since living in Florida and obtaining her degree, Dr. K has obtained several certifications which include but are not limited to being a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider, an Applied Clinical and Qualified Supervisor, a nationally certified counselor, a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse counselor in the state of New York, as well as a certified trauma professional. She has continued to work in a variety of settings, while serving in ministry at the Bridge church on the pastoral care team. Dr. K is also a professor at two local academic institutions; Meridian College and Troy University and provides support at a nearby behavioral health hospital, working with all ages. Dr. K remains active in presenting and publishing to continue to support higher education in the counseling field.

In her community, Dr. K has always given back and served when called. Prior to Florida she worked with the Girl Scouts of America, as a former recipient of the Girl Scout Gold Award. Once in Florida she began serving in 2012. Dr. K expressed her desire to help and support Tracy and Tom as they poured into the women of His Girls. She began volunteering her time at the house with the women of His Girls and shortly thereafter became a board member, providing insight and support whenever needed in the best interest of the women. Dr. K has remained active in her profession; serving as the Executive Region Representative for Region Five of the Florida Counseling Association, prior to that she served as the Southwest Florida Region representative for Florida Counseling Association. Dr. K has always supported academic success as well as serving as the Program Coordinator of Chi Sigma Iota and later became the President of Chi Sigma Iota at Argosy University.

Dr. K is currently working on growing her private practice and enjoying time traveling to see family and friends throughout the United States.

Donna Shea

Donna Shea is a longtime resident of Bradenton, FL. And she is a graduate of His Girls Discipleship. 

Donna is employed by First Step of Sarasota contracted in Manatee Memorial Hospital Emergency Department as a Florida Board Certified Recovery Peer Specialist working with patients in need of addiction treatment. She is also working towards furthering her degree in Addiction treatment.

Donna is a mother of two and loves spending time with her beautiful granddaughters.
